Hello and welcome to our new web site. The site opened on Saturday 29th August 2009 for the purpose of recording the Carryduff’s history, the changes to it and the surrounding area
The contents of the site will be updated on an on-going basis so there should be something new and interesting for you each month.
To ensure that we create and maintain a comprehensive and effective site, it would be very much appreciated that, if you had any information or photographs on Carryduff, its history or its inhabitants, you make contact with us, either through the forum or direct email, so that we can copy the information and if appropriate add it to the site.
‘Carryduff 2000’ – a chronological record of events in the life and development of Carryduff, Past and Present by George A Bowsie and Graham Murphy has been used as a basis for the creation of the website.
